"Ronald Harris was supposed to be the state's key to proving members of Atlantic City Councilman Marty Small's 2009 mayoral campaign conspired to defraud voters.
Instead, he became the star of a courtroom circus Tuesday that began with him begging off the stand for a bathroom break and ended with him arrested on unrelated warrants.
Harris, 24, was one of 14 people - including Small - indicted in September 2009 after they allegedly mishandled absentee ballots during Small's failed bid against Lorenzo Langford in the Democratic primary."
