An attorney memo posted by Wikileaks appears to show the lengths to which Hillary Clinton’s campaign committee sought to “interact” with an allied Super PAC. Clinton’s team apparently sought advice from attorneys at Perkins Coie on how it could help to raise funds for Priorities USA Action Fund, according to an April 2015 email published by Wikileaks.
