Senators resist the Internet, leave voters in the dark

Former Sen Russ Feingold (D-WI) and California State Attorney General Kamala Harris did something that no other non-incumbent US Senate candidates did: They electronically filed copies of their campaign finance reports with the Federal Election Commission.
