House and Senate Dem super PACs raise $3.5 million

The flagship Democratic super PACs in House and Senate races have raised $3.5 million this year, according to their Federal Election Commission reports, giving them a combined $2.7 million in cash on hand after expenses — a little below what the groups had in the bank two years ago.
