Less than one week before election day and already there is a voter fraud scandal brewing in New Haven. There are allegations that something fishy is going on with absentee ballots in the city. And the number of those ballots already turned in is unusually high. When asked who's been mailing his ballot out, Thurman Hines, a New Haven resident said, "a lady that lives right here in the building. She has been mailing everybody's ballots out, every time somebody votes."
