As expected, Gov. Jerry Brown has signed legislation to move California's presidential primary next year back to June, to consolidate it with the statewide primary.Brown spokesman Gil Duran made the announcement about Assembly Bill 80 via Twitter this afternoon, saying the move is "saving millions of taxpayer dollars."
