"Romney’s raised the most so far, at both the federal and state level. His federal leadership PAC, known as Free and Strong America, collected $9.1 million in the 2010 cycle, according to the Center for Responsive Politics. But Romney’s state PACs in Alabama, Iowa, Michigan, New Hampshire, and South Carolina collectively netted more than $2 million last year, putting his total fundraising over the $10 million mark.
